Leah L. Goodboo

Leah L. Goodboo, 99, of Gladwin, Michigan passed away at the Grayling Nursing & Rehab on January 2, 2017. She was born in Mt. Morris, Michigan on December 12, 1917 the daughter of Leslie & Adeline (Petrie) Hill. On June 29, 1934 she married her true love, Raymond J. Goodboo Sr. in Saginaw, Michigan. They shared 38 wonderful years together before he predeceased her in 1972. She was a homemaker living in Gladwin County for most of her life. Her memory will be cherished by her son: Chuck (Ida) Goodboo of Gladwin; daughters: Rose Marie (Bob) Harris of Gladwin; Jane Ann (Emery) Harris of Roscommon. Her children blessed with many grandchildren, great grandchildren and great-great grandchildren. She will also be dearly missed by her sisters: Jane Weighman of Mio and Patsy Kloph of Saginaw as well as several nieces & nephews. She is preceded in death by her husband: Raymond Goodboo Sr.; 2 daughters: Barbara J. Goodboo; Mary Kay Cobb; 1 son: Raymond J. Goodboo Jr. Honoring her wishes, cremation has taken place and there will be no services at this time. Her final resting place will be Grout Twp. Cemetery, Gladwin, Michigan.
