William “Bill” C. Clark, 99, of Beaverton, Michigan passed away at Community Village Assisted Living in Saginaw, Michigan on Wednesday, December 7, 2016. He was born in Saginaw County on September 12, 1917 the son of James & Hattie (Reoglin) Clark. On November 2, 1936 he was united in marriage to the love of his life, Nina H. Leach in Midland, Michigan. They shared 65 wonderful years together before she predeceased him in 2001. He was a veteran of the United States Army, proudly serving his country in the Pacific Theater during World War II. He retired from Travel Coach in Saginaw in 1975 with 36 years of service. He had lived in Gladwin County since 1975, previously residing in Saginaw and he was a charter member of F.O.E. Albright Shores Aerie 3655. He is survived by his son: Donald Clark of Saginaw; 2 sisters: Minnie Thomas and Donna Juskialas. He is preceded in death by his wife: Nina Clark; son: James Clark; 2 sisters: Jean Smartt and Margaret Leach; 2 brothers: Art and Bob Clark. Honoring his wishes, cremation will take place and there will be no services at this time.
