Kathleen L. Nowakowski

Kathleen Louise Nowakowski, 67, of Gladwin, Michigan passed away at her home on Sunday, December 4, 2016. She was born in Detroit, Michigan on December 20, 1948 the daughter of Louis & Theresa (Lewis) Kirchler. On November 24, 1982 she was united in marriage to her true love Raymond Nowakowski in Detroit. She was a homemaker living in Gladwin County for the last 12 years, previously residing in Chesterfield and Detroit.  Her memory will live on in the heart of her loving husband of 34 years, Raymond Nowakowski of Gladwin and her only son; Brian Nowakowski of Sterling Heights. She will be dearly missed by her brother: Michael (Joyce) Kirchler of Alba; sister: Patricia (James) Smeltzer of Port Huron and several nieces & nephews. She is preceded in death by her parents; daughter: Kristina; brother: David. Honoring her wishes, cremation will take place and memorial services will be held at a later date.
