Harold L. Garagiola

Harold Louis Garagiola, 70, of Gladwin, Michigan passed away at his home on Wednesday, September 14, 2016. He was born in Detroit, Michigan on September 3, 1946, the son of Louis & Leona (Russo) Garagiola. He was united in marriage to Geraldine Serenberg in Las Vegas, Nevada in 2002. He was a veteran of the United States Army, proudly serving his country during the Vietnam Era. Harold was employed with Meijer’s Supermarket, retiring 5 years ago. He had lived in Gladwin County for the past 5 years, previously residing in Sterling Heights, Michigan. He loved to play poker, visiting casinos and watching western movies. He enjoyed the company of his family and friends, and especially enjoyed his retirement life. He will be dearly missed by his friends in Texas where he and his wife spent their winters. His memory will be forever cherished by his beloved wife of 14 years, Geraldine Garagiola of Gladwin. He was the beloved father of Harold Jr (Corry); Jennifer; Adam; Lisa; Susan and Michelle. He is also survived by his favorite granddaughter: Vicki (BooBoo); grandchildren: Matt; Andre; Pierce and brother to Ken (Marge) Garagiola; nephews: Robert and David.
