Gloria P. Orr, 88, of Gladwin, Michigan passed away at Gladwin Nursing and Rehabilitation Centre on Tuesday, May 31, 2016. She was born the daughter of Frederick and Gladys (Harper) Lewandowski on April 25, 1928 in Port Huron, Michigan. On May 18, 1948 she was united in marriage to her true love Charles Orr in Port Huron, Michigan. They celebrated 56 wonderful years together before he predeceased her in 2004. She was a resident of Gladwin County for nine years, previously residing in Lake, Michigan. She was a member, past President of the Ladies Missionary Union and a Sunday School Teacher at the First Baptist Church in Almont, Michigan. Her memory will be cherished by her three sons: Charles Orr of Gladwin, Jeffrey Orr of Livonia and Anthony Orr of Arizona. She was blessed with three beautiful grandchildren: Alea, Jessica and Natasha and four great grandchildren: Haleigh, Hanna, Hunter and Alileo. She is preceded in death by her husband, parents, and two brothers: Tom and Fred Lewandowksi. Honoring her wishes, cremation will take place and there are no services in place at this time.
