James "The Flame" Denson

James “The Flame” Denson, 66, of Gladwin, Michigan passed away on Tuesday, May 31, 2016 at Mid Michigan Health in Midland, Michigan. He was born in Detroit, Michigan on October 1, 1950 the son of Jack and Lucille Denson and he grew up in Greensboro, Arkansas. He was a veteran of the United States Army proudly serving his country during the Vietnam Era. He was a resident of Gladwin County for the past ten years and he enjoyed his bikes very much. He is survived by daughter: Cheree Worden of Gladwin, son: James Denson of Gladwin, grandchildren: Justin, Jason, Luke, Noah, Roman, Christie and mother of his children: Arlene Worden and sister: Cheryl Woolman. He is preceded in death by his wife: Jean Denson, his son: Jimmy Denson, and his daughter: Mary Ann Worden. Funeral services will be conducted by Pastor Donald Sparks on Friday, June 3, 2016 12:00 P.M., with visitation beginning at 10:00 A.M. Hall Kokotovich Funeral Home Gladwin, Michigan.
