Charles E. White, 83, of Gladwin, Michigan passed away at his home on Wednesday, May 25, 2016. He was born in Spring City, Tennessee on August 4, 1932, the son of Van & Zelma (Moore) White. On May 31, 1951 he was united in marriage to his true love, Dorotha Farmer in Georgia. He moved to Gladwin County 20 years ago from Lincoln Park, Michigan after his retirement from General Motors in Detroit. His memory will be cherished by his loving wife of 64 years, Dorotha White of Gladwin; 2 children: Charles White of Gladwin; Cora Ann (Curtis) Crumpton of Harrison. His children blessed them with 6 beautiful grandchildren: Crystal, Rachel, Stacy, Missy, Luke and Tanya and 12 precious great grandchildren. He is also survived by his brothers: Van White of Dayton, Tennessee; Robert White of Sparta, Georgia; Claude White of Spring City, Tennessee; sisters: Barbara Moore also of Spring City, Tennessee; Wilma Bridges of Englewood, Tennessee and several nieces & nephews. He is preceded in death by his parents; daughter: Yvonne; brother: James. Funeral Services will be conducted on Saturday, May 28, 2016, 12:00 P.M., with visitation beginning at 11:00 A.M. at Hall-Kokotovich Funeral Home, Gladwin, Michigan.
