Elizabeth "Betty" Ann Fitzgerald

Elizabeth “Betty” Ann Fitzgerald, 84, of Gladwin, Michigan passed away at the University of Michigan Medical Center in Ann Arbor, Michigan on Wednesday, May 11, 2016. She was born in Detroit, Michigan on April 25, 1932 the daughter of Oscar & Catherine (Busch) Edwards. She was united in marriage to her true love, Cliff Fitzgerald who predeceased her in 2015. She was employed as an inspector for Burroughs-Unisys until her retirement and then she became owner of Elizabeth’s Frozen Delights Shop. She enjoyed a good round of golf now and then, and the wind in her face riding her motorcycle. Her memory will be forever cherished by her only daughter: Victoria and her husband Eric of Ypsilanti, MI; step-children: Stacy of Belleville, MI; Kelly of Commerce, MI; Bill and his wife Brandy of Arkansas; Bob of Dearborn Heights, MI; grandchildren: Melissa of Troy, MI; Will of California; great grandchildren: Courtney, Christian and Brendan; step-grandchildren: Clayton, Kelsey, Adam, Emily; step-great grandchildren: Aiden, Leila and Carson. She is also survived by her sister: Kathleen and her husband Peter of Florida. Funeral Services will be conducted by Pastor James Krach on Wednesday, May 18, 2016, 11:00 A.M., with visitation beginning at 10:00 A.M. at Our Savior Lutheran Church, Gladwin, Michigan. The family will receive friends on Tuesday, May 17, 2016 from 5-8:00 P.M. at Hall-Kokotovich Funeral Home, Gladwin, Michigan. She will be laid to rest at Highland Cemetery, Gladwin, Michigan.
