Iva Crockett, 83, of Beaverton, Michigan passed away at her home with her family by her side on Thursday, April 21, 2016. She was born in Mecosta County, Michigan on May 30, 1932, the daughter of Ivan & Mary (Hawkins) Estee. On May 12, 1950 she was united in marriage to her true love, Roger A. Crockett in Beaverton. They shared 52 wonderful years together before he predeceased her in 2002. She was a homemaker living in Gladwin County for most of her lifetime. Iva enjoyed camping and she was a member of the Busy Bee Camping Club, and also a member of F.O.E. Gladwin Aerie 3292 Auxiliary. She will be dearly missed by her daughters: Gwenda Friday of Harrison; Bonnie (Ronald) Friday of Beaverton; son: Roger C. (Pamela) Crockett of Midland. Her children blessed her with 8 beautiful grandchildren: Allen Friday, Timothy Friday, Ronda Friday, Wendi Lambert, Jason Crockett, James Crockett, Andrew Hudson and Lisa Stradinger; 5 wonderful great grandchildren; Brian, Jaushua, Aerial, Kaylin and Nora. She is also survived by several nieces & nephews. She is preceded in death by her husband: Roger A. Crockett; parents; brother: Robert Terwilliger; sister: Juanita Scott. Funeral Services will be conducted by Pastor Martin Hodge on Monday, April 25, 2016, 1:00 P.M. at Hall-Kokotovich Funeral Home, Beaverton, Michigan. The family will receive friends on Monday, April 25, 2016 from 11:00 A.M. until the time of service.
