Betty Sue Farrow, 69, of Champion, Michigan, passed away at Henry Ford Hospital in Detroit, Michigan on Tuesday, April 5, 2016. She was born in Gladwin, Michigan on December 12, 1946, the daughter of George W. & Louise A. (Tremaine) Farrow. She was employed as a Licensed Practical Nurse for Mid Michigan Medical Center in Gladwin until her retirement. She had lived in Marquette County since 1997, previously residing in Beaverton, Michigan. Betty was a talented painter and loved animals of every kind. She had a great love for wildlife and people, and her appreciation for the Great Outdoors was how she chose to live her dream life. She was an avid musher, and very passionate about dog sledding. She led people from all over on many trail riding adventures enjoying her love for nature and enjoyed sharing it with others. She then expanded her expeditions to include guiding bear hunts. Her memory will be forever cherished by her sister: Bonnie (Marvin) Wagner of Beaverton; brothers: Jerry (Lori) Farrow of Gladwin; Larry (Debbi) Farrow of Beaverton; nieces & nephews: Mick Wagner, Scott (Jill) Wagner and Tami Wagner; Dustin Farrow, Jeremy (Megan) Farrow, Chad Farrow and Ethan Farrow. She is preceded in death by her parents. Funeral Services will be conducted by Pastor Patrick Poag on Saturday, April 9, 2016, 11:00 A.M. at Hall-Kokotovich Funeral Home, Beaverton, Michigan. The family will receive friends on Friday, April 8, 2016 from 2-9:00 P.M. at the funeral home. Her final resting place will be Highland Cemetery, Gladwin, Michigan. www.hallkokotovichfuneralhome.com
