Stephen Petrik IV, 57, of Beaverton, Michigan passed away suddenly at his home on Monday, March 14, 2016. He was born in Gladwin, Michigan on August 2, 1958, the son of Stephen Sr. & Mary Frances (Martin) Petrik. He was a lifetime resident of Gladwin County and owner of SMP Construction in Beaverton. His memory will be forever cherished by his daughters: Stephanie Petrik of Frankfort; Alexis Petrik of Beaverton; son: Stephen Petrik V of Beaverton; 3 beautiful grandchildren: Madison, Ara and Jaxon; father: Stephen Petrik Sr. of Beaverton; 2 sisters: Eleanor (Bill) Roehrs of Beaverton; Maureen (Wayne) Sheets also of Beaverton, as well as several nieces & nephews. He is preceded in death by his mother: Mary Frances Petrik; sister: Susan Petrik. Honoring his wishes, cremation will take place and memorial services may be held at a later date.
